Many of our recipes were handed down to Ana by her grandmother, Juanita and her mother Fortunata.  These are traditional dishes from the north and mountain regions of Peru. Our kitchen is an extension of our home and our guests are an extension of our family. All of our ingredients are the freshest and are prepared to order.
